SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
• This is a juried show. There is no guarantee of acceptance of your art into the show. The juror’s decision is final.
• All two- and three-dimensional original artwork will be considered. Please no work from kits.
• Artwork not to exceed 48” in any direction, however the organizer and gallery reserve the right to make exceptions.
• Artwork must be ready to hang or be displayed. Main Exhibit Gallery may provide pedestals for 3-D work if needed.
• All final decisions based on hanging and location will be made by the gallery and show’s organizer. We reserve the right to reject art that does not meet up standards/our expectations when delivered.
• If artwork needs to be shipped back to the artist, it will be at the artist’s expense and must be arranged upon application.
• Upon application you must specify the exact way your name should be displayed on the gallery label for the show. Please
contact show’s organizer with special requests.
• By submitting images the artist agrees that the art may be used for promotional purposes.
• The show’s organizer and venue will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of artwork in transit or during the exhibition. Artists are welcome to secure their own insurance at their expense.
• Artwork is required to be for sale. Main Exhibit Gallery will retain 25 percent from the purchase of any artwork as its commission. The sale of artwork will be done between the gallery and the buyer.
