About the Artist

​Whimsical but sometimes odd is how I approach art. I have worked with multiple mediums over the years. Cross stitch, woodworking and painting until I was bit by the pottery bug. Creating on the wheel or building by hand lets loose my imagination.  There is nothing like starting with a block of clay and creating a piece of art or something functional. Glazing techniques are my biggest passion in pottery.  Washes, glazes and slip (liquid clay) can create some breathtaking  results with color and movement. I look forward to every kiln opening  with excitement and awe.
