No two pieces are exactly alike!

MudWorks pottery is designed & created exclusively at their studio in Effort, PA. Every piece is thrown by hand on the wheel, hand-carved or hand-painted, one at a time; all will be slightly different....like snowflakes, no two designs turn out exactly alike! It is all functional, high-fired stoneware; dishwasher & food safe, but we don't recommend shocking it (for example, taking a mug out of the fridge and throwing it in the microwave). Mudworks makes all their own lead-free glazes on site from dry chemicals.
